Thank you for shopping with PureOrLuxe. We currently ship orders within the United States.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of $25 USD per order applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 10-12 business days.
Please note that certain products may require additional processing time. Products that are rare, specially sourced, or require customization may take longer than the standard processing timeframe. If additional time is required, customers may be contacted with further information.
Shipping Carriers
We may use different shipping carriers depending on the destination, package requirements, availability, and shipping service.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided to the customer.
Tracking information may become available approximately 3-4 days after shipment processing. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear depending on the carrier.
Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their shipment.
Delivery Delays
The estimated delivery timeframe of 10-12 business days begins after the order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be reshipped.
