Order Cancellation Policy

At PureOrLuxe, we begin processing orders after they are placed and payment is confirmed. Please review the following cancellation terms before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Requests

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

2. Orders That Have Not Been Processed

If the cancellation request is received before the order has entered processing or shipment, we will review the request and, where cancellation is possible, cancel the order.

If payment has already been received, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Orders Already in Processing or Shipped

Once an order has entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order can no longer be cancelled, the customer may need to follow the applicable Return and Refund Policy after delivery.

4. Customized and Special Products

Orders involving rare, specially sourced, or customized products may enter processing shortly after the order is placed.

Once customization or special preparation has started, cancellation may not be available.

Customers who are unsure whether a product can be cancelled should contact us before placing the order.

5. Shipping Charges

If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, any applicable refund will be processed according to the circumstances of the cancellation.

Once an order has been shipped, the original shipping fee may not be refundable.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

Customer name
Email address used for the order
Reason for cancellation

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the current processing status of the order.
